VoiceBond Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of VoiceBond. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

VoiceBond lets you create cloned voices, generate and narrate picture books, and save family time capsules. Features may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be an adult (18+) to create an account. Children may use the app only under a parent or guardian's supervision and account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Voice cloning — your responsibility

• You may only clone a voice that is your own, or one you have explicit permission to clone.
• You must not use voice cloning to impersonate, deceive, harass, or infringe anyone's rights.
• A liveness check is required before cloning. Violations may result in voice removal and account termination.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of the content you create (voices, books, capsules).
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
• You must not create or upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful to children.

5. Subscriptions (auto-renewable)

• VoiceBond Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription: Monthly (voicebond.pro.monthly) and Yearly (voicebond.pro.yearly). Prices are shown in the app at purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, and do not use it to violate any law.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated text, images, and audio may contain inaccuracies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime in Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

VoiceBond 允许您创建克隆声音、生成并朗读绘本、保存家庭时光胶囊。功能可能随时间演进。

2. 资格与账号

• 您须为成年人(18 岁以上)方可创建账号。儿童仅可在父母或监护人监督及其账号下使用。
• 您有责任妥善保管凭据,并对账号下的活动负责。

3. 声音克隆 —— 您的责任

• 您只能克隆本人的声音,或您已获得明确授权克隆的声音。
• 不得利用声音克隆冒充、欺骗、骚扰他人或侵犯他人权利。
• 克隆前需通过活体检测。违规可能导致声音被移除及账号被终止。

4. 您的内容

• 您保留所创建内容(声音、绘本、胶囊)的所有权。
• 您授予我们有限许可,仅为提供服务而存储与处理您的内容。
• 不得创建或上传违法、侵权、仇恨或危害儿童的内容。

5. 订阅(自动续订)

• VoiceBond Pro 为自动续订订阅:月度(voicebond.pro.monthly)与年度(voicebond.pro.yearly),价格在购买时于应用内显示。
• 购买确认时通过您的 Apple ID 扣款。
• 订阅自动续订,除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。续订扣款发生在周期结束前 24 小时内。
• 您可随时在设备的「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消。取消在当前周期结束时生效。
• 若提供免费试用,购买订阅后未使用的试用部分将作废。

6. 可接受使用

不得逆向工程、滥用、超载或尝试未授权访问本服务,不得用于违法目的。

7. 免责与责任

本服务按「现状」提供。AI 生成的文本、图像与音频可能存在不准确之处。在法律允许的范围内,我们不对间接或后果性损害负责。

8. 终止

您可随时在「设置 → 账号」删除账号。对违反本条款的账号,我们可暂停或终止。
